- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open your device settings → Subscriptions (or Play Store → Subscriptions), find lunawind, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the lunawind app. Make sure to cancel any active subscription first through your app store to avoid future charges.
- Is lunawind a substitute for therapy?
- No. lunawind is an AI-powered emotional support tool, not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional, crisis helpline, or emergency services.
